QuickAppTap sends SMS messages that may be: informational, conversational, service-related, promotional and business outreach related to our software and services. Messages may include follow-ups, scheduling links, onboarding information, account updates, or general business inquiries. Message frequency varies based on interaction. Msg & data rates may apply.
Consent & Opt-In
QuickAppTap may send SMS messages to individuals or business contacts through the following methods:
You submit a website form and provide consent to receive SMS communication.
You request information, a demo, or follow-up communication.
You reply to our outreach and continue the conversation.
You reply to an outreach message or otherwise engage in conversation and request additional information, thereby providing consent for continued SMS communication.
You call a business using QuickAppTap software and receive a single automated follow-up message if the call is missed.
If you receive a missed-call follow-up text: it is a one-time message, no additional messages are sent unless you engage or provide consent. Reply STOP to opt out.
All SMS messages include clear opt-out instructions. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out & Help
You may opt out at any time: reply STOP to unsubscribe, reply START to re-subscribe (where supported), reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation message after opting out. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data & Privacy
We do not sell personal data. We may use SMS-related metadata (delivery status, message events, replies, timestamps) to improve communication effectiveness, system performance, and customer support. Data may be stored with reputable service providers (CRM systems, hosting providers, and messaging platforms) under contractual safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
Acceptable Use
QuickAppTap does not send: illegal or deceptive content, SHAFT-related content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), misleading claims. All messages: identify QuickAppTap, include opt-out instructions and comply with applicable carrier regulations and A2P requirements. We promptly remove any number upon opt-out request.
