Messaging Policy & SMS Terms
What We Send
QuickAppTap sends informational and business-to-business (B2B) messages to registered local service companies. Messages include appointment reminders, quote or demo scheduling links, and limited promotional offers related to our software and onboarding.
Consent & Opt-In
- If you call one of our clients’ published business numbers and the call is missed, our system may send a one-time automated text with the same link mentioned in the voicemail greeting. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not send further texts unless you explicitly opt in.
- We only message numbers reasonably believed to belong to a business contact or where a user has requested info from us.
- By providing your number on our website forms, replying to our messages, or scheduling with our team, you agree to receive SMS from QuickAppTap.
- Message frequency varies but is typically 1–4 messages per conversation thread.
Opt-Out & Help
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message.
- To re-subscribe, reply START.
- For help, reply HELP or email support@quickapptap.com.
- Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data & Privacy
- We do not sell personal data. We use SMS metadata (delivery, clicks, replies) to improve service and support.
- Data is stored with reputable providers (CRM, messaging processors) under contractual safeguards.
- See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
- No sending of SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or illegal claims.
- No misleading content or snowshoeing. All messages identify QuickAppTap and include opt-out instructions.
- We honor all carrier and A2P/10DLC rules and will remove non-consenting numbers on request.
