How We Use Information
- If you call one of our clients and your call is missed, we may send a one-time SMS(for example, to share a link to submit your request). This message is sent once only; replySTOP to opt out immediately. We do not use your number for other messages unless you give explicit consent.

- To send service messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, critical updates).
